|
SBT quality shall be 25% summer and 33% winter of total DWT in case of discharging SBT quality shall be 25% winter and 15% summer of DWT. Vessels that carry fuel, VGO, gasoil with flashpoint higher than 60 c do not require an IGS system. Vessels that carry products Kerosene, gasoline, and naphta with flashpoint less than 60 c require an IGS system.

Reception facilities : Banias and Tartous Terminals have a barge receive oily bilge water and oily residues from tankers up to 40 tons per each receiving operation.
